Aunque Wates continnuo grabando y realizando conciertos hasta su muerte en 1983, muchos consideran la banda presentada en este tour como una de las mas finas que el lidero.

Opening with the instrumental "Chicken Shack� blues romp, this show is radically different than the other sets played during this run. Included here is "Long Distance Telephone Call,� which was one of Waters� earliest sides for Chess Records, originally released in 1951. Also included is his classic "Hoochie Coochie Man,� which hundreds of blues rock artists have covered, including Jimi Hendrix. The highlight of the show, unquestionably, is the classic "Trouble No More,� which Waters sings with a true Delta Blues growl. The blues standard is immortalized on the first Allman Brothers Band album three years later, but their version is no match to Waters� original trademark sound. Another fun song is Waters� rendition of the R&B classic, "I�ll Go Crazy,� which was a hit for James Brown and The Moody Blues in the U.K., circa their 1965 Go Now period.

Billy Price, the distinctive voice of the Roy Buchanan band for many years, works mainly as a solo act these days, wooing audiences in Pittsburgh and the rest of the US with his unique, soulful blues vocals. This album, a blues & rock cocktail peppered with a touch of gritty soul, is the result of his encounter with Fred Chapelier, an internationally renowned guitarist of French origin.

Demetrious Evans crecio en el corazon del norte de Dallas en los años sesentas. Una fan incondicional de Nina Simone, ella reivindica la militancia y la herencia humanistica. Demi propone un estilo de musica inclasificable transparente y directo, una sorprendente mezcla de southern soul, folk pop pero sin olvidar al gospel y al blues, que sentaron sus raices en Texas. Reclutada por una agencia de modelaje, ella financio sus estudios de actuacion mediante su silueta, la que vistieron los modistos mas famosos de America. Luego de mudarse de New York a Alemania y a Paris, ella conocio a Jean Jacques Milteau, el famoso armonicista, quien la puso inmediatamente en su banda.
Demi realizo su primer disco dos años despues "Why do you run" y ahora esta con su nuevo album "My America", co escrito con Fred Morisset y jean-Michel Kajdan (Famosos guitarrista y productor). Demi habla de su vision sobre su pais y la realizacion esta en perfecta sincro con la eleccion del nuevo presidente Barack Obama.

Demetrious Evans grew up in the heart of North Dallas in the 60’s. An unconditional fan of Nina Simone, she revendicates the militant and humanistic heritage. Demi propose an unclassable style of music that’s transparent and direct, with a surprising mix of southern soul and commited folk pop but she never forgets the gospel and blues which were the roots of her childhood in Texas. Recruited by a modeling agency, she financed her studies of acting by lending her silhouette to some of the most famous designers of america. After moving to New-York, Germany and Paris, she met Jean-Jacques Milteau (famous blues harp player) who put her immediately into his band. She released her first album " Why Do You Run " two years ago. Here is, now, her new album « My America », co-written with Fred Morisset and co-produced with Fred and Jean-Michel Kajdan (famous guitarist and Producer). Demi speaks about her vision of her country and the release is in the perfect timing with the ele! ction of new president Barack Obama.
